D14 power steering

This is my first post so I guess I should tell you a little bit about myself and my tractor. I grew up on a family farm (other than my time in Houston Texas while in school. I was glad to get back and cant imagine being anywhere else. The home I live in was built in 1862 by my grandfathers grandfather. I have a D14 that my Grandfather bought new on 8/29/1962. I know because I have the Operating instructions manual with my Grandfathers signature and the Dealers.  The way I got the tractor was not exactly straight forward. In 89 Hugo took down a 50 X 100 warehouse the housed lots of great old stuff. my grandfather was 86 then and most of the land we had farmed as kids had now been planted in pines. He had no need to rebuild so he sold a lot of equipment. My D14 was one of those. In roughly 92 my older brother bought it from the guy who bought it form my grandfather. In 94 I bought in from my brother. Finally, it was back home. In the short time my brother had it he swapped out the tricycle front end for a wide one (I still have the original). It was not in near as good a shape as the rest of the tractor and I need to do some work on it. The steering arm has a bad bearing or bushing and flops up and down. This makes my wheels wave back and forth more than a politician in a parade and it has a lot of play in the steering wheel. Anyway, when I got it I rebuilt the carb. and engine with new jugs, pistons, and all. It has ran like a top ever since. I also painted all the parts I had off of it at the time and the rims and hubs when my brother put new tires on it when he had it. It all original other than the lights and I replaced the generator with a GM alternator with internal regulator. The only thing my brother used it for was mowing and that was all I ever used it for until a few years ago when my garden outgrew my tiller. My brother had put some god awful 3 point hitch conversion kit on it. It was OK for a finishing mower but little else. About a year ago while I was recovering from a spinal fusion I designed a proper 3 point conversion and my sons (then 16 and 11) sawed, machined, welded and installed it for me. It is better than great now and I have attached a picture to show off their work. The bottom link arm adjusters and top link tractor mount were original parts of the conversion my brother put on (so don't judge them on that) but will soon be replaced too. I have prints and drawings if anyone wants to make their own and I plan to release them open source soon. I designed a disc harrow to pull with the D14 this week and once finished i plan to release it open source too. I have also attached a picture of it.
