    Posted: 05 Jun 2010 at 11:47pm
Hi all. I have a friend who needs a D14 rear wheel. does anyone know where one is at? Also i have a wd 45  on wich the hydralic lever slowly moves up causing the loader to rise. the higher rpm's the faster the lever goes. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have only had my tractor for a couple months.
thanks for any info

Jacob

Killer, there is a friction block on the lever that is supposed to help hold it in place. It might need to be replaced. If your traction boost isn't set right, the loader will raise up if there is pull on the drawbar. You should have a manual to show how this is set properly.

He told me it is a spin out 28" wheel. the old one is rotted out from calcium to the point the tire cant even stay on. Im getting his info 3rd hand, as i found out its for a friend of a friend..
to CTucker ill replace those blocks first, thats easy and cheap enough, hopes that does it. i dont believe the traction booster is even functional, the lever is disconected. but i havent pulled anyting with it yet. its mostly a snow mover and chopper runner.

thanks for the info.

When asking for a D-14 wheel  ,they came with 26 inch rears.Sounds like someone went the cheaper way at one time and put WD rear  hubs and rim's on it witch are 28's.
There is also a spring that pulls the lever against the block.
