I will be putting a adaptor on, going from small 1000 to large 1000 size , will 6 grade 8 - 7/16 bolts hold the torque . Any other options?

I would say so, Theres only 6 bolts holding the shaft in from the factory. My 7060 has the small 1000 I have a 540 adaptor on it, I dont use the power that its putting out (210hp) but I have never had a bit of problem with it
