Does anyone have any pictures of one? I am looking for how it hooks up to the lift latches. I just bought one that was on a D-14 and am going to use it on my WD45 and it only has a rod that is bent at the end and there are holes for a K-key or cotter pin. I have no idea. Can I modify it so it will fit a WD45? Or should I trade it for one that fits the 45? It is an Curved Shank Oxnard Model. Thanks

there are several kinds, I think the wd's used a drawbar mount, you bolt the drawbar to the subsoiler, and use the DB to connect to the snap coupler, IIRR. the one for my d-14 that I have experience with is a straight shank SC model... Some pictures would help...

Could be an older model that had the "box" that slipped over the lift arms and pinned on, and the "boxes" are missing. Is it just a rod with a loop on the end?

You may need to remove the PTO shaft on the WD,depends on the model of the subsoiler

Go ahead and put one of those straight tongue SS on a WD and then you can go buy another PTO shaft.Have you ever even owned a WD much less know anything about it? Yea I'm having a Senior Moment, its called experience.

I believe the image Jay has posted is the exact model Ted is inquiring about. Oxnard, different from the others built in Athens. The 'bible' shows a different variant of the Oxnard model but pretty sure I've seen this style in the 'Oxnard deep tillage tools' book. It's out in the shop or I would have a look there. Will report back later.

I have a slightly different one than what Jay posted. It uses the drawbar and the hands have to be removed and has "gloves" if you will that go over the lift arms.
This one isn't mine, but looks like it. https://dealer-cdn.com/2tE7Sk/Mooi6y/Used_Allis_Chalmers_2_Bottom_Snap_Coupler_Plow_Ek2P6O.jpg

The pic that Jay posted is the correct one! THANKS Jay!! Now, the question is: where can I get those two pieces? The ones that are on the ends of the lift arms that go into the lift arm latches. Any body have them? Thanks guys! You come through AGAIN!

If it were mine, I would hook the eye to the coupler, and very gently lift the back end up, and see whether the geometry is right, if it comes close to the PTO, trade it off. Gary is right if you bend up the PTO, its no bargain, trade it off...
