I removed the blow tube mount at the bottom of the engine a couple of years ago when I rebuilt the engine and apparently I forgot to install it, tube was in place just no bottom mount and now I can’t remember how it goes on, can’t seem to find anyplace in the area that would take a bolt to mount it, any pics or explanation would be helpful, thanks!

It bolts to the bottom side of the oil pan, you just need to remove the corresponding bolts and reattach. The round hose clamp will then be parallel with the bottom of the engine block, slide the vent hose through and all will be good.

You'll be able to tell by the lack of paint on the pan rail.
