I have a Hart Carter wobble box bearing down on on my gleaner header. I can not get the drive pulley off of the wobble box to access the bearing. Does the pulley unscrew? It has a nut made on it and it also had a jam nut against it that i have already removed. I have used heat and a long bar.

Heat, penetrating oil, long bar, are the only way to go.  We couldnt break ours loose with our 1" impact wrench, so used 1" drive socket and handle, long cheater, and was able to get it that way.  If you break the pulley (I broke 1) be prepared for major $$  for that matter, depending on the bearing you are probably looking at close to $100 right off the bat.  I have several more to put together so we have a spare for fall harvest.  Good luck!

Well We heat ,beat, cussed and used a 1" impact. The pulley busted off the nut but it still wont budge and its almost rounded off. Found another wobble box on a junk header to finish this year until I can fix that one. Pulley from AC is 460.00.

After breaking a few of the pulleys, I stopped useing alot of heat, seems it changes the metal and it will break.   A six point socket and a looong cheater bar, hitting the cheater with a sledge hammer helps-the guy holding the bar needs thick gloves.

Dave, try the plasma cutter instead of the torch.  Less heat and works faster.  For some reason the pulley comes right off then.  Doesn't ever seem to want to come off easy though, without the bearing off first.
