How much do they weigh? I don't have a set, and I'm beginning to do my "homework".

Thanks!

Mine weigh 75 lbs. a piece on my WD 45.  There might be some slight differences, but they all appear the same.

75lbs is about right.  Good luck finding them though.  They tend to be very pricey when you do find them too.

I wonder if i could make "something close", to utilize as a stack-weight 'replacement'. 1" plate steel, similar in dimension, mounted in a similar fashion. I wonder if the 'correct police' would take issue with it at the pulls requiring 'stock weights'?

Yeah, me too!! I have only two and I need just one more to make the normal set of three. I saw a nice shiny set of 3 with bolts and brackets go for $650 on e-pay last year.
A set of 2 rusty weights (no attaching hardware)went for $320.

Ya, I'll take a hit of them $75 stack weights too. I lucked out and found one at a non A-C auction for cheap but that is a rare occurance  Cheapest I have seen for the masses was a fellow at Dale's show had the repros for $135. I need the irons to mount them on our D-19 but am baulking at paying the $200everyone wants for it.

List price is $149.95 a weight, bracket mount for D-series is $195.00. I sell them for a $130.00 a weight on special order only. Don't like to haul them around to shows. At $75.00 I'll buy as many as I can get. djstractorparts@yahoo.com
