It would be easier to just remove the side rail. Pull off top of trans. I couldn't get mine to move out so I cut it of and drove it through. Freeze the new pin a bit before installing will help.

Should have also said that except for early tractors there are bushings in the handle to change. I had the right side drill to just drill the old ones out. I would think you might be able to drill out one that never had them. If you need the drill but if you don't have that size just let me know and you can borrow it.
Actually just put the weights on I got from you this past weekend. |

I used a six foot pry bar, used the frame rail as a pivot and pushed it in.
