I have a 1959/60 fork lift that I need some help identifying the engine in. I've been searching the web and can't find much to go on. The Load Capacity Chart on the fender says "500 Series Fork Lift". On the top of the mast is plate that says Model 614 serial #1073.
The marking on the side of the block are "AM4339-3" with a "2" below. Under where the carb is it appears to say "4C". The block has cracked and I need to identfy the engine so that can search for a suitable replacement. Any help would be great, thanks |

There are 3 ways to do job GOOD, FAST, CHEAP. YOU MAY CHOOSE 2. If its FAST & CHEAP it won't be GOOD, if it's GOOD & CHEAP it won't be FAST, and if its GOOD & FAST it won't be CHEAP!!!!

160 cu in gas motor, like in a D-15 series 2, or 175 cu in diesel, or 200 cube direct ignition diesel, in later models.
