D17 Governor Rod Size

   I used swivel joints to get the slop out of the throttle linkage on my buddies D17. The linkage was worn bad. The first rod I put swivels on both ends...they are the same as the one I put on my WD45..(1/4).
The rod that connnects to the governor is a different size though..is it 5/16? Wanted to make sure before I ordered one. Thanks.
