Looking for suggestions to what combine rim will work on a D14. I do not need to spin out for the tractors uses and would like to go with a 28" rim since used tires in 28" are easier to find. Anyone have a suggestion?

26" Rims are more common than 28s, but they use a bigger tire.  Keep in mind, combine rims stick out wider than the power adjust rims.  They will not sit close to the fender.

These are 18.4 x 26 combine rims on my D17:

as Myron said, most combines are 26 inch and WIDE...

What you want is a 28 inch rim about 12 inches wide with an 8 bolt pattern ???

your probably talking about something like this, with an adaptor plate to 8 bolt axle

I once owned a 14 that someone had changed rear rims , can't remember what size but they were taller than original .  I didn't like them cause they changed the gear ratio, seemed a little short on power but I could walk away from 'em on the tractor rides !!LOL

i think original tires on the D14 were  12 x 26 ........... if you get combine tires they would be 14.9 or 16.9 x 26 ... so taller ........... if you go to a 28 inch rim, i would stick with 12.4 tires to keep the height within a couple inches of original.

For a combine 16.9 x 26 and 18.4 x 26 would be most common.
I have 3 D14s. None of them have 12.4 x 26. Those would be tiny in my opinion. 13.6 x 26 seems pretty common on a 14. I am running 14.9 x 26 on all of mine.
