Magnum 18 refit into a Brand X garden tractor. The old VT-17 was coil ignition. The new, magneto. The wiring is a salad. I want to wire a new stand alone start/run/charge circuit. Any suggestions or schematics.

make sure that you change the key switch so that ground is off and no power can go to the ground or the magic smoke will come out of the magneto

wiring is very simple we are doing an older jd116 that the wiring had been butchered very bad so we are going to re wire it this week with a pto saftey switch this will have completely new wire i will draw a diagram when we do it
