Is this a good turbo selction for a D-21 , pretty much stock engine and fuel system ..
I am asking for a freind.

In my opinion, that is way too big for a basically stock D21. The S200 would be a much better option, easier to fit as well.

Bolting on a bigger turbo while leaving the fuel delivery (Gallons per hour) and the top RPM the same will probably do nothing but make your once nice tractor to operate a great big turd.

The 50 year old turbo that is on there is not doing much , so he may as well put something on that will help what he has to work with.

If it has the old rajay/tompson style single bearing charger an upgrade that will bolt right on without cutting the hood and with minor install modifications would be a to4 double bearing charger from a 7080. If it does have the old style turbo, u will need a 210/220 oil pressure/return line and crossover tube. Manifold Exhaust and intake will bolt up direct.
