i was trying to find where to get a new bearing, it goes on the transmission end of the shaft that goes through the hand clutch- it has a big snap ring on it, the bearing itself goes into the houseing of the trans this is on a 1951 wd

you can probably buy thru local AGCO dealer or on line AGCO, but the cheapest way is to order from Motion Industiries or Bearing Supply house, etc.. There should be a number on the bearing race and manufacturer such as SKF, FAG, etc. The bearing is not specific to the WD. Most bearings are generic.. In a pinch i have gone to NAPA auto store and they will order it.

Try taking it to your local bearing shop - if it's more or less in one piece they can measure it and get you going.

I have several nos bearings I can look through but I need to know if your serial No. is before or after serial number 127007. I have the one pictured #224837 for the tractors before #127007
