does anyone no how much torque you can put on the center nut hub of a b allis I have tightened it with a least 100 foot lbs and the hub is still a little bit loose or do I have to add another shim washer between the nut and the lock washer

If you are talking about the rear wheel center nut you should not need shims unless it has been run loose and wallowed out the splines on the stub axle and hub. At this point you could try a shim but I do not believe it will help also you probably could use 200 ft.lbs torque o.k. Leon

Don't run it a little loose, it will get worse.
Use a Big washers or whatever it takes to get it tight. |
