For those who may not have noticed, the sign on the front of the dealership model with Bill's favorites that I posted earlier says "O E Long & Son, Stevenson, Maryland. Bill is the son.

The only thing I take exception to is the title of your thread "Another Boring Post". There is nothing boring about this thread. I doubt that you realize how much we enjoy seeing your posts on all topics on the forum. Although I have never met you, it's pretty easy to realize you are a true gentleman!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BILL We were in the West Allis Christmas Parade, pulling the City's floats with our Allis tractors last week, like we have don for several years, This year I was looking in the windows of every tavern trying to figure out witch tavern you were looking out at the 2005 GOTO parade. Congratulations on reaching 82. I wish you many more. Based on what I've gathered from this post, it sounds like you owned an AC dealership in Maryland. I love these tractors, especially the B and C, and, I for one, would love to hear about your past. Do you think you could post about the dealership? When you owned it, what you sold, options on the tractors? Anything. I really like to hear history.
