I think they are from a Buick car and they are 7.50-15 |

M.E. Miller tire (and other suppliers) has blank rims, they have some centers too but not sure if the right ones. You could cut the centers out of an old junk set and build your own. Having said that, getting the centers out of the junkers might be a challenge!
