Hello,
I hope someone can help me. My low range drive belt broke and this is my first time replacing. While doing so Im also going to do the high belt too. It appears it's everything is out of adjustment and this is why the belt broke. When you change from high to low the idler pulley is hitting the side of the low range belt. My owners manual for the 900 series explains how to do this on page 24 but that page is of course missing. Does anyone have this page or can post some pictures. Thanks so much. Jerome |

This is from the Deutz Allis 900 series service manual....much more in depth, and even better than the Simplicity manuals. I can email it in it's entirety, if you wish.

Very good info here. I have a allis 716 with the 6 speed. Would this pulley setup be the same. If so could you email it to me also. thesilverado2001@yahoo.com. Also I am looking for some parts for the 6 speed like the rear pulley (keyway is well worn) and the brake pads for the pulley. The pad is missing and i sometimes have to wait for the pulley to stop moving to put it into gear. Any info would be very helpful.
