how much differance would their be in the two differant size pulling them  i am thinking a bout takeing two rollover plows and making a mounted four bottom with a tail wheel

Wouldn’t it be cheaper, by the time it’s all said and done, to just buy a 4x16 plow? They sure don’t bring much at auctions these days.

If freight is a problem and time is not you might get a shipper to combine a load headed in your direction so everybody pays less. I did that one time. Luke in Wisconsin had a 7 bottom 3000 plow he had painted and put new tires on. It looked brand new. I had fantasized about one of those since i was a boy. I called him and asked if i paid him for it could he keep it until i could get it picked up. He said yes. I called a shipper i knew that worked the midwest a lot and he said let him work out a load and it wont cost that much. I think it was about a fourth of what it would have cost.
