I find out that it's something with the hydraulics, but it's leaking and it looks like its damaged. Can someone tell me how it should be or can post a picture of how it should be? And the other question is, can i repair this with new a sealing?

That tube that goes to the sump has a seal on it.

Both those tubes have a rubber seal on em.  Try tightening up the bolts that go thu the cast house as that will squeeze the seals tighter, might work, might not.  If not you need the rubber seals, drain all the oil, then take the oil manifold off, make it easier to put the seals on, will need an oil manifold gasket too, then you can clean it out too.  This is a common leak on 190s and 200s.  HTH

In the picture below you see 2 arrows that i drew. Is hole normal? It looks to me that it's damaged by something. If it so i would like to try to fix it.
