Ii think most of the hydraulic fittins are a 1/4 inch PIPE thread.. Noramlly the hose is 1/4 inch male pipe and the fitting in the valve / cylinder has a 1/4 inch swivel pipe fitting.
the second photo you posted says HOSE, but looks like a TUBE ??? The Allis C only used 1/4 inch PIPE and hose fittings.

most systems i have seen use this fitting that screwes into the valve/ cylinder, and has a swivel to screw to the hose... all 1/4 inch pipe.

Here on this side of the water, 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Taper) Is easy to find. In France you may have to go to some industrial Hydraulic place to get what you need to do what you want.
