Having problem with my C - pressure gauge barely makes it to N.
Decided to change oil. After removing filter, noticed stand pipe was installed with the 2 holes down. Don't they go toward the top of the filter? About how far into the base does the pipe go? Thanks |

Holes go up and it should go in 1/2 in into base. I have read to squirt some oil down the tube if maybe it lost it's prime.
