I have noticed our CA has a slight "rough idle," and is also a bit "rough at full throttle." I adjusted the jet screw and it was a bit better at an idle, but still overall not a "smooth running engine" at an idle and at a full throttle.

Thus, thinking about this thread, I added a slight choke and it smoothed out at both an idle and full throttle. Thus, not enough fuel!! Agree???

I am now thinking...... I need to enlarge the main jet bore size such that I do not need to choke it (albeit, a bit of choke is easy to do!).

However, with all the trouble you are having with your carbs and modifications, I am hesitant to modify our CA.

However, I have no doubt you and Les Kerf will solve your issue!

Then maybe I will modify my CA carb...??
