   I'm on the CT/RI line and this is going to hurt what's left of the small farms we have left. 

CT has decided to basically triple taxes on land used for farming. I know for a fact this will put at least 2 dairy farms I know of out of business.

please pass this along to anyone that would be willing to help/sign. Basically, I see it as a land grab as the CT Democrats just passed a housing bill that will F over all the small towns, forcing development and I feel they are literally going to tax the land out of farmers hands.

	Had a pretty good property tax hike here this year. It was announced early enough that they could "backpedal" and ONLY raise taxes about 10% rather than the initial 40%-50%.
