can someone help me out with some part numbers for head studs on a 45?  I am using a 17 head.

Also, how about an ARP rod bolt for farmall H rods?

Also has anyone used a power bore sleeve?  Looking for a part # for that also

Thanks , LH

I don't have the numbers for the studs, of the few sets I've had to get for people, I just measured and looked on summit racing and picked them out.  1/2"-13 tpi on the bottom and they are 1/2-20 on top.  There's a couple different lengths and it's pretty easy to find ones that you would need.  The ARP bolts for the Farmall H rods are just 3/8-24 thread bolts, I just picked some from a common Chevy.  Again though measure the length, I countersink the bolts in the cap for clearance, I'm pretty sure I still have half a set here (enough for a 4 cyl) if you want them.  They use a 12 pt head so you can use a 3/8" 12 pt socket.    The sleeves from Power Bore, I use a flange on top, some guys don't and just bore the block so they sit on a step in the bottom counterbore, but that doesn't leave anything to hold the sleeve to the block deck.  A flange type sleeve will make the block stronger.

How much for the rod bolts? On the H rods did you remove the top of the rod that sticks way out or leave it?
