Were you able to source many factory parts from dealers or strictly  aftermarket? It does look awesome and probably sounds  just as sweet. Thanks for sharing

Wow, very impressive. You nailed that interior too. The dash must have taken a long time to make,  it sure looks nice.  Where did you get the rocker switches.  Tim

Well, bad jeep. I just seen a nice original 440 on craigslist for $19,500. With that figure in mind, I seriously doubt that you went over budget. That interior is like "over the top" cool! !!!!Darrel

Have to jump on the band wagon with Victory Allis and ask about the hydraulics. Where did you get the orange part of the handle with the switches, and such. ..? And are they strictly electric hydraulics, or do you have to activate one of the switches, and then move the lever. It looks good. May be a system I could use to run the loader on my XT. Thanks, Darrel

Hydraulics are electric now, the orange handle is actually a Gleaner combine hydro lever. Here is a pic of the hydraulics before I got the cover built.

You did a great job on that restoration you should be very proud. I went to Schmidt and Sons a few years ago and bought a NOS grill for a 175 and also bought some 8000 series parts no one had any of as well.

Wow!!!!!! The more I see and hear about that tractor, the more awesome it gets. That is something you can be right proud of, and don't worry for a minute about being over budget, because I am sure you don't plan on selling it anyhow. And take this as a warning if I ever get into your neck of the woods, I am stopping in for a first hand look at it. Thanks for sharing all of them beautiful pictures of your work with us. Darrel

Add me to the "I want it!" list. I also have no idea what I'd do with it, well...other than have some awesome fun with it. 15 acres of food plots, yeah, I could use it. :)
