I need guidance on how to remove the venturi on my Zenith carb.  I disassembled it and started the cleaning process.  After soaking in Chem-Dip I noticed the venturi seems pitted although it may have been like that before.  How is it removed?  I have read online that I need to make a puller.  Thanks in advance for the help.

Zenith carb 211954, venturi size 13, off a 1944 A-C Model B.

it is just a tight fit.  had the same issue on my model c.  the venture oxidizes a little or the cast carb body rusts and makes it tight in the carb bore.  After soaking it with wd40, I used a small wooden hammer handle placed into the venture and tapped on the end and mine popped out.  I ended up lightly touching up the outside  with emery cloth as I couldn't get it to go back in by hand.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I will try something like that.  In case I damage the venturi, are these things available?  I have not found anything online to date.

lots of used carburetors out there.  just don't get carried away,  if it wont budge let it set longer with the penetrating lubricant and try again another time.

You might try spraying a little Easy-Off oven cleaner on it. Don't let it set very long before you wash it off with a solution of baking soda. Tug on it and repeat if necessary.
