You might try M.E. Miller tire, Wasseon, OH.  I didn't see any on his site, but if anyone could find it, I'd bet on him, first...

I happened to knock their catalog flier off the shelf, today, found they do have a 4.80X 7 tire in it...

My local tire dealer Westside out of Corcoran, MN found a tire and tube in California (exact size). I'll see what it looks like when I get it Monday or Tuesday.
