Check with Miller tire.  If you don't need them in a great hurry, they can deliver free, to a tractor show near you...

Tracy, check with Washburn company for blank rims and they also have the 26" AC spin-outs available. info@hayspear.com

I believe that it used to be Cross Mfg in Mo.
