   Neighbor noticed KW was either done or close to, so called last week asking if ready to sell yet.  Told him no, undetermined where had to have some med work.  Still NOT considering as RE market is still nuts here.  People getting stupid again as housing hits market, Junk selling high dollar or even into bidding wars.  So NOT headed into that mess in any shape or form.  Really not considering any sale of our place at this time regardless pricing, and he would not come up to where prices are presently.  Land here now advertises $5500/a, homes just stepped over $220sf in last weeks where still cannot construct unless do it yourself for less than $250sf. 
He should have felt the market out before bought where did.  Looked for land where had more land connectable and viable for his affairs and designs also coming up for sale.  No one here is currently in a sales mode where nearly all are in his age group and All will likely get out same time he does.  No One is going to sell if nothing available worth moving into especially is already comfy where they lay heads down at night and resolve duties during a day.

Really not feeling charitable or sorry for him as made the lot he has to deal with.
