Winter!? Dang I supose it will come again. I need a storage area for equipment. Too late to start that now so will find space were I can to get things under cover. Still way too much to do!

Congratulations on your retirement! Hope you have half the fun I do!

 Chris

I'd really like to get the 3pt snowblower up and running this year. Has a broken chute and would like to put powered direction control on it.

I gotta get new bearings for the ends of the snowblower auger, and get them put in.  It's been sitting on the edge of the yard since spring so I wouldn't forget, but you know how that goes?  I also got a new wear edge for it I gotta put on.  Then there's all the wife's decorations all over the yard that I gotta take care.  Sure am glad I don't have any crops to put up cause I wouldn't have time for that!

Seems strange that you fellas are talking about winter and snow . I'm happy that it's below 90 degrees here for a few days . I'm ready for cooler weather .

We’re either breaking records or on the verge of every day this week. I’m looking forward to fall and cooler less humid weather.

Winter! I haven't even thought that far ahead. I'm still making hay! I do know the wood pile isn't enough but I do have a start with 2 big trees I skidded up behind the barn this spring when the ground was still froze. 10' snowplow for the 7060 needs some welding before it's ready. I guess my carcass needs to get to moving!

I hate the cold and snow, BUT still need to get the motor unstuck on the big 10 hp yard machines snowblower. Last year we did use the skidloader a couple of times so That may be this years weapon again. Tractor loader is totally useless in snow. no chains or weights and even if it had them it wouldnt do much. skidloader really amazed me last year.

FIREWOOD

Im gonna say it again FIREWOOD

Put up like 7 face cord in late July. Just helped cut/split like another 12 face cord, except we used a new power split that cuts, splits, and power loads up a conveyor!! It was awesome!! That was for my uncle.
