With the weather here in Michigan, just taking any time I can to take off parts, clean them up and be ready for a repaint of my HD16. Some pics of some of the pieces. Grill cleaned up nice and am adding 6" headlights.

Battery hold down bracket cleaned up nice and the cut off switch attached nicely to a piece of 3/4" oak painted to match.

Come on Spring.

Thanks Morten.

Yes it is Cat yellow. Good eye. I made the lens cover from a glass bottle that I cut to fit.

A diamond wheel on a dremel rotary tool. Screwed up two bottles before I had a good one.
Now I just have to sort out the dash switch so it lights up. On yours I saw one of your earlier pics showing your dash light on.

The switch was in the vertical straight up position. Does your light come on when engine is running or do you have to turn the swtch to the left or right.

Thank you Morten.
