Any tips on how to do this? Like to widen my wc wheels to flaten the sidewall on my 14.9s. Thanks

Find some rims of the same diameter, and chop out the centers with a plasma cutter, then weld into your rims, that have been split, by a plasma cutter. Or go to miller tire and see if a wider rim is available...

I've done a few. My advice is to buy another rim and halve it rather than trying to weld in a band , half the welding.
