Does an AC 8000 series have enough hydraulic  flow to run a 16 row White 6180 planter?

I don't exactly know the hydraulic requirements of the white planter, but my 7580 runs the blower for my concorde air seeder sufficiently, and that is a huge hydraulic load. The hydraulics on the 8000 should be very similiar or better than the 7580's.

I think it would run the blower ok, but might raise a little slower on the ends because of it. I have the pto pump to run the blower on my white planter and really like it. It will hold the blower speed and air preasure no matter what speed the engine is running.

12 row 8222 with 400 gallon liquid starter. Had it on an 8050 then Agco Allis 9670 and now MF 6495. Still have the 8050.

The reason I say it might lift slow is I use hydraulic to run my sprayer pump and when I lift the booms with the pump on, they are slow. Shut the pump off and I could lift the booms at the normal rate.

I use to sell white planters, and I own a 12 rn one that I pull with an 8050FWA, I am not sure why anyone of anymake planter or tractor would want to run the blowers. vacume pumps, etc with the tractor when you can buy the PTO driven pump, the pto driven pump is so inexpensive, and it takes the wear and tear and heat away from any make tractor, and leaves it on the closed hydraulic system of the planter. Even white suggested the planters be sold with the pump, for that same exact reason. But some buyers wanted to save the  couple of 100 bucks by driving it off the tractors system. White planter school told us the cost to repair tractor hydraulics is high compared to the reletively cheap PTO system, plus it frees up another remote.my.02
