I believe you should be able to get a WD in simular condition for what they are asking for the styled WC.  The WD would have a snap coupler or pin hitch, hand clutch and foot brakes, all making it much more usable.  An unstyled WC would also be in the same price range and more valuable.  B is also to expensive, see if you can't find a CA at near that price for the same reason as the WD over a WC.  Don't jump on the first OK deal that comes along, there are a lot of AC tractors available, wait for a Great Deal.

B's are fun and the right size to mow lawn with. A WC is too big to mow lawn with but would brush hog ok. I agree $900 is too high for a non-running tractor. Offer less and be patient.

Make sure you get what you want. I got my Farmall and thought it was good to go until I got it home and ran it and found out it needs a couple hundred in small things. If you're looking for something to fix up, just over estimate what you're putting into it. Like everyone else has said, please let us know what part of PA you're located in. I might be able to work in some time off of college to help you depending on how close you are. I'd rather see them both fixed up so I'm no help in which one.
