What is a good website to buy knobs for the control levers, decals, shifter boot etc. maybe more than one? thanks

Your on the websight now. Tag the Parts,etc.area and it will take you to a lot of vendors. I'm sure almost any of them have or can get what you are looking for. If you can identify the knobs, generic knobs are available at McMaster-Carr. www.mcmaster.com but you have to know the size and the thread.
