Please excuse my ignorance but, what do you consider "a late model B"?
The B that I'm picking up next week (if my new trailer comes in on time) is supposedly a 1946. Will the weights fit this?

Here's the weights that I'm asking about. I can pick them up for about a hundred bucks.

the weights you have in the pic look to be B weights, and the wont fit on a C without some engeneering, so you should be good, he was talking about late mobel B as the ones with 5 lug bolts like the c and not one big bolt to nold the wheel center on, and a hundres bucks on the weights would be a deal

The only engineering you need is longer bolts. I have been using the C weights on my B's for pulliing for many years. In this picture I did grind a notch because the bolts were not long enough to use the taper bushings I use when I have longer bolts thru the wheel. I use a piece of 3/4" pipe cut at the angle of the weights. The holes are in the correct place.
The bolts I had in this B was for a set of WD weights which also bolted right on without any changes.

I think Fred was thinking about using the tapered weights on the inside of the B which might be a problem. I never tried to make any weight work on the inside of a B. On my C I use the tapered weight both on the inside and outside with two on the outside when needed.

Like Dustin says, they look to be "B" weights and should bolt right on.
I suggest you "jump right on them"; that's a good price!
