In Iowa a vehical over 10 years old does not have to have the Milage declared on the title. At least it was that way for the 11 years I worked titles at the car dealership. We paid less for the new 2019 Chevy than a similar equipped new truck. GM had a 4th of July special going on at the time. Look around, it may be that way this next holiday.
