Got my new 190XT.

I noticed position control wasnt quite working right, and this linkage is not connected up. I can't seem to figure out what I'm missing and how it all goes together from the parts manual. Anybody got a picture of theirs?

I just realized the picture isn't very good. It's right behind the valve stack and looks connected to the outboard most valve.

Parts book calls it the sensing lever and slotted link.

A better picture of the linkage. I believe it's the item 20 from this page of the parts manual. But I'm not sure how it links up. Would someone be willing to take a picture of their 190. Right side directly behind the valve stack.

It's for raising and lowering the 3point while hooking up an implement.  You use the tire tool handle in the pipe.  I remember my dad saying that it kind of work when our 200 was new.  Andy

You're missing alot more than just #20. You may need to go to a salvage yard to get everything you need.

Would either of you be able or willing to take a picture of your tractor at this location? I'm not sure I'm even looking at the right page of the parts manual

I know the disconnected linkage is part 13,14,15. But what does that connect you to on the other page? Is it #20?

#20 is an assembly of 5 parts. It says to order parts 40-45, but there is no part 45.

Nearest salvage yards to me are 9hr drives away. Other wise I could just pop over to one and compare.

That is the traction booster linkage. On your valve body in the rear of the tractor. Make sure you can push that plunger in and springs back out. Probably lube it up good first with some spray can lube.
It might be stuck in the in position already. Or not.

Rod 26.

I don't personally own one of those tractors, but I've been around enough of them to know. I may be able to get a photo of a neighbors.
