the 605 B is the newer version of the 545H, which was basucally a 545B with a heavier rear axle.

i have a 545 and i think that
about the only thing that difference
is the number and the age of
the loader with a little change
in the sheet metal they both
have AC 2900 Mark II 100,108hp
engine and Power shift transmission
the 545 was made from the mid
60 to the late 70 and Fiat took
over and i think made the 605
because it sound like a bigger
loader some of the other member
mite know more but it not a
tractor so they don`t tell you
too much if i can help more let
me know

Machine weight 545B-19,730 605B-20,630.
The 545B had more breakout force than the 605B by 2900# however. All the other specs are very close to the same. Tipping load is higher on the 605B by 3200#.
