These tool boxs have been in dry storage all of my life.

I am 60 year old.   

What tractor or equipment are the off of ?

Yes I did sand blasted them, primed and put a light coat of paint on them.

Hmmm...  I got it!

They're off a very OLD tractor... at least 60 years old, possibly more!!!  LOL
Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.
