After(well actually during) planting oats i noticed the wd 45 was not running great and at the end of the day i saw oil was leaking out of the air cleaner. Ok, i thought, i bet the intake valved are not seating correctly and it blowing back through the carburetor. Got in in the shop, charged up the battery and did a compression test and sure enough the 1 and 4 cylinder wete one number (130) and the 2 and 3 were 70. Ok sounds like a head job and i took the head into the machinist for reconditioning.
Picked it up last week, put it back together and now she won't start. Gas flow through the carburetor is fine and i have spark at the plugs ( nice blue spark). Wires are in correct order on distributor cap. What do i try next? |
