Upper 70’s for a couple days, then drop
10 degrees or so for highs for the next week or so. Sure hope winter is over.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Hmm - plowed off 2" snow today from church lot - have not plowed since Dec .
Son says with no snow around this parts he has a lot of plows for skid loaders but no buyers - few tire kickers on line from east coast but otherwise quiet in the snow business

Hit 73 around us yesterday, St Louis claimed a broken record against 1890 of 75 then 76 yesterday, except admitted the Heat Sink properties are quite different these days, artificially enhanced!!
Today will not make 50 and freezing rain scheduled for Wednesday morning.

Looks like the weather is finally working in our favor. Supposed to be 69 to 72 through Saturday. We're getting chicks this week so we'll have to run heat. It's a lot easier to get to 92 inside when it's 70 outside. Supposed to start raining tomorrow evening but the birds don't care about the rain.

Whaaat? That's like 20 in commie units right? That's sweating buckets & wishing for autumn temps for me!  Vest weather when I'm outside working probably high 40s-low 50s Freedom degrees!

Most of this month supposed to be just that, suits me fine.

Mid to high seventies here this week also, but both dirt rodents say six more weeks of winter. But they are not the ones who control the weather.

Tyler, glad that you are catching a break with the chickens.

Warmed up to -20F here now. Supposed to stay about that level for the rest of the month.  Neighbor plowed me out yesterday with his big Case/IH as it's far too cold to fire up the WD with open station!!  Drifts were pretty hard because of the 50+ mph winds we had had.
Pretty hard on the cattle with these conditions.
