I am looking for a good coupler that joins the power steering pump shaft and the generator shaft on a WD45 diesel.  The splines are chewed-up inside mine.  Have not checked AGCO yet.  Any advice is appreciated.  Thanks!

Make sure the splines on the back of your generator are good too.

About a year ago somebody on here had a miscellaneous assortment of parts for sale and several of those couplers were in the group. I would try Agco and keep us posted! Ryan

I just ordered one from SLI a month ago for my D17.....hope your sitting down, $94. As said above check both the generator and pump shafts to make sure they are in good shape. If those splines are really worn they will need to be replaced. Replacing the pump shaft isn’t difficult but the Shaft in the generator should be replaced by someone like Steve in NJ.

I had the generator rebuilt and the splines there are good.  I will check with my AGCO dealer today for the coupler.  I just wanted to see if anyone else had a good source.  Thanks for your help guys!
