Is there anything special about a wide front end WD?

What is one worth in good running condition with new tires on it?

There more rare than narrow fronts 3 bolt front ends are less disireable than four bolt wide fronts the front ends alone for a good one go for 400$ and up add that to a good runner and your lookin at 1000-1500$ depending on other factors just my opinion

WD and WD 45 wide front ends are interchangeable. The WD wide front has the bolt on cap for the inspection hole while the 45 is press in like the belt pulley plug.

Depends where you are.  Out here in Alberta WD's and WD45's are all wide front. Narrow fronts are rare as hens teeth here.  Only one I've ever seen was imported from Minn.
