Has any one ever removed the leading edge from the foot on a No.3 subsoiler ? I think it just rest on the rivets in the foot ? minus 50 plus years of rust . Jon (OH)

Yes, that is a shin that can be reversed and also rotated before you wear it down to far!
So, you will have 4 surfaces to use before it needs to be replaced! I have rotated the shin on my subsoiler I have on my CA. |

Got it apart with some heat and a BFH. Its now repaired and painted ready for assembley. Thank you for reply . Jon(OH)
