    Posted: 27 Apr 2010 at 10:40pm
I am trying to restore and old WD 45 and I had questions on the original holes in the fenders for the lights.  Right now my right fender (side with the tool box) has 3 holes in it for lights.  As far as I can tell, the original tear-drop tail light was the only thing mounted to the fender which requires only 2 holes.  Did the WD 45 come with another light for the implements?    Or was the third hole even used?  It appears factory as it was orange before I blasted the fenders.  Also the left fender (side with the crank) has a hole in it.  Was there any lights on that fender at all?  It looks like it was just drilled to me.  Any help would be appreciated.

The front hole of the three holes was for the wire to go through, I belive it had a gromet in the hole to protect the wire. Thje other fender isn't supposed to have a hole there.

You have your left and right reversed.

You face the direction of travel when determining left and right side.

Standing behind tractor - facing radiator - tool box is on left fender along with tail light.
