Been pulling my WC for almost 4 years. Made the jump to 13.6x38's on farmall flat slat centers, new wheelie bars and weight bars. Tried it today on the toughest track around....granted I was 70 feet short of the next guy, BUT I'm happy. I knew I was underpowered for our sticky clay....its a HP track and I just have a 226 but it made me happy because its balanced perfect now....felt great going down the track. I'll try to post video when I get it off my father in laws phone. Next up....engine build

Is like to see how you got them farmall tires on it. I'm trying to figure out how to get a set of 38s on my pulling wc! Could you post a thread or some pictures of how you did it?

I almost have my unstyled restored, I am going to try and get to the last pull of year. Not to many stock pulls around here, most call for a 18 high 24 back draw bar. Do you mind if I ask you where you run yours?
I have 14.9-28 firestones, and basically a fresh d17 engine running 1600 rpms.
Until I get some wts I will just run 3500lb. My wc runs 5 mph in first gear, I am hoping with the 3 mph speed limit the extra wheel speed will help once it starts slipping and give me some advantage. Are you running out of power at 3500lb? Thanks, JM

I'm 24 back from axle center which is the usual around here. I can adjust from 16-20" depending on club rules.
