I have my eye on an unstyles WC. There are no wheels on the rear, should be spokes. Are there replacement wheels that won't cost a lot, to get it home? I don't have to have spokes at this time, but don't know what will fit.
Trying to determint if I can afford the cost of it at this time.
Thanks for all input....

Gary: There were the round spoke wheels, Flat spoke steel wheels [ 2 varietys] , then you had the flat spoke cut-off wheels, solid dish wheels, all 24". Then you had the styled 28' cast centers with clamp on rims. You could also use some Farmall wheels, I think F20 wheels.

I will stand corrected, there were 3 varietys of steel wheels that I know of, skeleton, spade, and a potato wheel that is very rare. I have only seen two sets of them. Dave

Are you saying that if I had a set of wheels from a WD (centers and rims) they will fit???

WD wheels are eight bolt, WC wheels are six bolt.

Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

A set of 28" rims with WC styled cast centers from a styled WC would work for you. They wouldn't be correct but they would work in the transportation and use of the tractor till you found a correct set. Some farmall wheels will work also like everyone else says. I don't have any of the rims here but I do have a set of the cast centers and enough wedge bolts for each side. You could have them if you want them, but WI is a far way from Texas.

Thanks Chuck.
I have a son living in Sparta, WI. But he has no way to haul them, or I would take you up on the offer, he and his family are coming to see me for Christmas. When he leaves here he will have a small trailer, but that is on this end now, so that won't help.

Hi Gary, just a thought, have your son check on a U haul trailer one way, then he could bring em to you.

Like I said in the first post, I have my eye on the WC. I have not made a deal at this time. Was trying to get an idea of cost. StanOhio... I have the hitch for his car here and a trailer here, so we won't be spending the mony there to get the hitch and trailer. Good idea, otherwise.
