Looks like your WC is set up like mine with the choke rod under the starter rod.  Can you shoot me over a pic with the configuration of your cutoff rod.  is it on the steering wheel or somewhere else.

This WC , you have to kill at the mag, by hand.  There is a newer WC in the barn with the kill rod on the stering coloum, not compleat , can get picture if you need.
After rereading, I will go out to one of the barns and get some pictures.
I spoke too soon , those parts goon off all of them.  Could not find the mag with the mechantical kill, either.
